Service Description

Relationships are one of life’s most meaningful journeys, but they aren’t always easy. Our Couples Support Group is designed to help partners build stronger communication, deepen connection, and rediscover joy in their relationship—all in a supportive and nonjudgmental setting. In this group, couples will: 💬 Improve Communication – Learn tools to listen and be heard with respect and care. 🌱 Strengthen Connection – Rebuild trust, nurture intimacy, and create meaningful shared moments. 🛠️ Gain Practical Skills – Develop strategies for conflict resolution, stress management, and healthy boundaries. 💡 Find Support – Share experiences with other couples who understand the ups and downs of partnership. Each session blends guided exercises, open conversation, and therapist-led reflection, offering both structure and space for authentic dialogue. Couples will leave with new insights, practical strategies, and a deeper sense of being “in this together.” ✨ Snacks Provided + Social Time! After group, there’s time for casual socializing—with snacks provided—to relax and connect. Partners are welcome to mingle with other couples, and we offer dedicated moments for men and women to socialize separately if they’d like. This helps create both community and individual support. Facilitated by Erica Smalla, MSW, MEd, LCSWA, an LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent-affirming therapist, this group provides a welcoming space for couples of all backgrounds and orientations. Details: When: Fridays at 7:00 PM (weekly) Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes (plus optional social time after) Location: Union Street South (with online option via Zoom) Price: $35 per couple, per session (membership and package options available) 💞 Every relationship has room to grow.
