The Neurodivergent Support Group is a welcoming, affirming space for adults who identify as neurodivergent—including ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and other unique ways of experiencing the world. In this group, you’ll find: 🌱 Connection – Meet others who understand your experiences and challenges. 💬 Open Conversation – Share stories, strategies, and encouragement in a safe, nonjudgmental space. 🛠️ Practical Tools – Learn skills to manage daily life, regulate emotions, and celebrate your strengths. 💡 Self-Discovery – Explore your unique identity with compassion and curiosity. Each session blends guided discussion, peer support, and gentle structure, allowing every voice to be heard and respected. Whether you’re newly diagnosed, self-identifying, or simply looking for a community that “gets it,” this group offers belonging and understanding. The group is facilitated by Erica Smalla, MSW, MEd, LCSWA—a neurodivergent-informed therapist passionate about creating safe spaces where deep thinkers and feelers can thrive. Erica brings warmth, humor, and compassion to each meeting, helping members embrace their strengths while navigating challenges.
