Couples Therapy
You can care deeply about your partner and still feel completely disconnected from them.
Maybe the smallest disagreement somehow becomes the same fight you’ve had a hundred times. One of you pushes for connection while the other pulls away. You’re walking on eggshells, feeling misunderstood, struggling with intimacy, or wondering when being together became this hard.
Sometimes you aren't even fighting anymore.
You just feel far away from each other.
Couples therapy offers a place to slow the pattern down, understand what’s happening underneath it, and begin finding your way back to one another.
The goal isn’t to decide who’s right. It’s to understand what keeps happening between you.
You don't have to wait until your relationship is falling apart to come to couples therapy.
You Might Be Here Because...
You keep having the same argument without ever really resolving it.
Communication turns into defensiveness, shutting down, criticism, or misunderstanding.
One partner wants more closeness while the other needs more space.
You love each other but don't feel emotionally connected anymore.
Sex or physical intimacy has changed, disappeared, or become difficult to talk about.
Trust has been hurt and you aren't sure how to rebuild it.
Life transitions, parenting, work, identity, or stress have changed your relationship.
You have different needs and don't know how to talk about them without someone getting hurt.
Or maybe nothing is dramatically “wrong.”
You just miss each other.

What Couples Therapy With Me Is Like

Couples therapy with me is warm, curious, and real. I’m not here to decide who’s right or teach you a script for “better communication.” We’ll slow things down and get curious about what’s happening underneath the conflict—the protective parts that show up, the needs that aren’t being heard, and the patterns that keep pulling you away from each other. There’s room for hard conversations, humor, emotion, and the messy parts of relationships, all without judgment. My goal is to help you understand each other differently and create more space for connection, honesty, and repair.
LGBTQ+ & Neurodivergent-Affirming Couples Therapy
Your relationship doesn't need to fit a traditional template to be healthy.
I welcome LGBTQ+ couples, neurodivergent couples, mixed-neurotype relationships, and partners whose relationships or identities don't fit neatly into conventional boxes.
We can explore what actually works for the two of you rather than measuring your relationship against what someone else says it should look like.
That can include conversations about gender, sexuality, identity, masking, sensory needs, communication differences, intimacy, family expectations, roles, boundaries, or simply the everyday experience of trying to build a life together.
You don't have to translate your relationship into something more conventional before bringing it into the room.
