NEURODIVERGENT-AFFIRMING THERAPY
When you’ve spent years trying to function like everyone else.
Your brain was never the problem.

50-minute in-person sessions
Maybe you’ve always felt like you experience the world a little differently. You might be navigating ADHD, autism, sensory overwhelm, executive functioning struggles, burnout, masking, emotional intensity, or the exhaustion that comes from constantly trying to keep up. For some people, understanding their neurodivergence comes later in life—and suddenly years of feeling “too much,” “too sensitive,” “lazy,” or somehow different begin to make more sense.
You don’t need therapy to make you more “normal.”
Neurodivergent-affirming therapy gives us space to understand how your brain and nervous system work without treating difference as something that needs to be fixed. Together, we can explore overwhelm, anxiety, relationships, masking, shame, perfectionism, sensory needs, executive functioning, and the protective strategies you may have developed to get through a world that hasn’t always worked well for you.
UNMASKING & UNDERSTANDING YOURSELF
What if therapy helped you work with yourself instead of against yourself?
Years of adapting, masking, people-pleasing, or pushing past your limits can make it difficult to know what you actually need. You may be learning where your limits are, figuring out what regulation looks like for you, grieving the support you didn’t receive earlier, or trying to build a life that fits who you really are.
There is nothing therapeutic about asking you to become less yourself.
My approach is curious, creative, IFS-informed, and neurodivergent-affirming. Rather than only focusing on changing behaviors, we can get curious about the parts underneath them—what they’re protecting, why certain situations feel overwhelming, and what your system may be asking for. Therapy can become a place to understand yourself more deeply, develop greater self-trust, and create ways of living and relating that actually work for your brain, your body, and your life.
